THE MISSION is to help bridge the economic and inequality gap through entrepreneurship, we aim to empower Black entrepreneurs to thrive in the business landscape. This will address systemic inequalities and promote a more equitable society by tackling the social injustices faced by black-owned businesses that hinder progress.

Black-owned businesses play a vital role in the economic growth of our communities. When these businesses thrive, they create job opportunities and create wealth within their communities. Our goal is to foster economic empowerment one black-owned business at a time, by promoting their growth and visibility. We are committed to challenging existing paradigms and reshaping the narrative around Black entrepreneurship.

THE VISION is to cultivate a business landscape where Black-owned businesses have unrestricted access to resources, unwavering support, and boundless opportunities to flourish.

We believe that empowering Black entrepreneurs and business owners extends far beyond the individual businesses; it reverberates throughout the community, fostering economic stability, social cohesion, and generational prosperity.

By supporting Black-owned businesses, The BBX contributes to building stronger, more resilient communities, where opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of race or background.
